The Office of the Attorney General in collaboration with the SAARC Arbitration Council conducted a seminar on ” Importance of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a Tool in Resolving Future Commercial Disputes” on 27th June 2016 at Taj Tashi, Thimphu.
The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Bhutan graced the occasion as the Chief Guest accompanied by the Hon’ble Attorney General. The seminar was attended by more than 70 participants from various agencies including government arbitrators, lawyers and judges.
